Delivery Information

We’ve tried to make our delivery process as easy as possible. Here, we explain how we organise deliveries and what we need you to do to prepare.

Preparing for delivery

We deliver orders within 7-14 days  If items are out of stock, we will notify you and confirm expected delivery timescales. 

When it arrives

As soon as the item(s) arrive, please check them thoroughly. It’s rare, but items can sometimes be damaged on their way to you. Please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your item of any damage so that we can arrange for a replacement of the item(s) to be sent out to you.

Where do we deliver

We can deliver almost anywhere in the world, if you are ordering outside the mainland UK which includes the Scottish Highlands and Islands, please contact our customer service team so we can arrange a delivery quote for you.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is £10 within the mainland UK for larger heavier items the delivery charge is £15. Delivery charges outside of mainland UK will differ we will need to provide you with a quote. 

How long does delivery take?

All orders will be dispatched within 7 to 14 days, delivery outside the UK may take longer. 

Do I need to be present to receive it?

DPD offers alternative delivery arrangements which can be requested once they confirm your delivery directly with you and this will be at our own risk. If you have a larger item being delivered this will be through Parcelforce and you do need you to be home to receive it.

Can I change the delivery address?

Once you have received notification from DPD about your delivery you can then follow their instructions to make any changes.

Where is my delivery?

DPD will be in touch to advise of the tracking details either by e-mail or mobile. If you follow the link they provide you will be able to track your delivery. 

EU customers

Deliveries to EU countries are now treated as exports and require additional customs processes. Please get in touch with us and we’ll be able to advise on delivery costs, the product cost without UK VAT applied, shipping fees, any customs duties that you may need to pay and the VAT/sales tax that you will pay upon delivery – based on the prevailing VAT/sales tax rate in your country.

International Shipping

We are able to deliver almost anywhere internationally; all international deliveries are treated as exports and require additional customs processes. Please get in touch with us and we’ll be able to advise on delivery costs, the product cost without UK VAT applied, shipping fees, any customs duties that you may need to pay and the VAT/sales tax that you will pay upon delivery – based on the prevailing VAT/sales tax rate in your country.

Tax and duty charges are country specific and will be charged by the customs authority in the destination country, all charges are your sole responsibility. They will contact you directly for payment of any duty or taxes payable and you will be responsible for arranging payment prior to the delivery of goods. 

If the payment is not made promptly then the courier will return the goods back to us and we will are unable to reimburse any delivery or the return costs. It is therefore very important that overseas buyers supply accurate contact details so the courier company can make contact without any delays.
